Regatta Dresses

50s dressThe Henley Royal Regatta is fast approaching! Do you have your outfit sorted? Have you checked that your outfit meets the dress code?

If you are in the Stewards’ Enclosure, the dress code requires below the knee and no form of trousers are allowed. Although hats are not a requirement, they are encouraged, and any excuse to get dressed up is good, right?!

The Henley Standard put together a fashion guide for the event across two issues, to inspire you with summer looks for the event. The shoot was captured by local photographer Cheryl George. We were lucky enough to have the shoot aboard a Hobbs of Henley boat, which made the perfect setting.

If you are in need of a last minute outfit, Liz Felix Millinery (on the Reading Rd in Henley Town Centre) has you covered with her range of incredible hats.

Make sure you pop in and have a browse!

Not forgetting the Men, Laurence Menswear provided some great outfits for the Regatta. This striped jacket is perfect for the occasion. I also loved their flamingo shirt, see photo below, both on trend and perfect for the summer!
