Like the sound of an Individual Dress?

red satin dressNeed some wedding guest dress inspiration? When you’re invited to a wedding, or several, and trying to decide what to wear, one of things that always springs to mind is ‘I hope I don’t turn up in the same dress as another guest’. That awkward moment that you try to laugh off, but secretly wishing you’d just worn a different dress!

You’ll be pleased to know, there’ll be none of that here! All of my dresses are made to order in customisable designs, resulting in you owning an individual piece which has been made for you.

My patterns are designed to flatter Women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The designs are inspired by the elegant silhouettes of the 1950s, but they are cut to modern sizing, and with a modern edge to classic vintage styles.

We start by selecting the base shape of your dress, and then you can choose from my range of plain colour fabrics, or opt for the fabric sourcing service to find a print that suits you. Whether you go for a plain or a print, we can then decide on the finishing touches, including piping, pockets, lace overlays and gorgeous covered buttons down the back!

If you’re interested, drop me an email and we can have a chat and see if a Louise Rose Couture dress is for you. You might be thinking that a made to order dress sounds out of reach, but it just may be more accessible than you think. Prices start around £250 for this service, which includes a fitting as well!

You can find more information on the full process here.

I offer appointments for my occasion dresses from my Reading, Berkshire based studio or from The Wild Hare in Alton, Hampshire. If you live too far to travel, still get in touch and we can arrange your order online and via post!
